Chi is a sustainable tourism specialist based in Amsterdam. She earned her stripes working with sustainability certification programs and tour operators where she provided actionable insights, applicable ideas and solutions in helping tourism businesses to become more economically, socially and environmentally responsible. She has led various workshops and training seminars, evaluated and audited sustainability reports of over 300 businesses worldwide in achieving international sustainability certification in tourism. Chi helped tourism businesses to channel their goal and budget into the untapped potential for radical transformation. 

Her aim is to engage the entire team, reduce operations costs and be recognised by the market for their efforts. As an academic enthusiast, you can find her name occasionally as a guest lecturer for undergraduate students in tourism on the topic of sustainability and several tourism research projects.
