Raymond has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality sector including over 20 years as an executive serving as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer at several multi-property resort casino companies in the United States and Asia. 

Raymond started his career in hospitality in Nevada at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe Resort, now Caesar’s Entertainment. He worked his way up to management positions in both the Finance and Information Technology fields and worked in various regional markets in the United States. Raymond has been a key member on the pre-opening teams for 5 resort properties. His most recent position was Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Grand Ho Tram resort in Vietnam where for 3 years he oversaw the re-flagging of the Grand Hotel as an IHG branded Intercontinental hotel and served on the Compliance and Credit Committees. He has held key gaming licenses in 6 jurisdictions and has worked with government regulators to write rules and procedures in order to gain approval and implement advances in technology within the industry. On several occasions, Raymond has been called upon to testify in United States federal court as an industry expert in technology and regulatory compliance.

Raymond has served on the board of directors for several charities in the United States and is currently active in support of the Saigon Children’s Charity www.saigonchildren.com which builds schools in disadvantaged communities.
